Vegan Turkey Fruit Salad

Yup you saw it right! A VEGAN turkey fruit salad!

I know I’m supposed to be vegan, so why in the world would I have turkey on the menu?

Well I am preparing for my children’s birthday party. I’ve got some time but with dealing with 2 children, I think I need to start planning and trying out recipes and displays now. So this morning I did a turkey fruit salad inspired by one I saw here.

I really was not planning to do it this morning so that is the reason the face looks a little weird. I had to use the great cake I made to do the face and legs. But my son loved it and ate so much of the fruit daddy hardly had any lol.
