I am excited to really start this along with so many others who have expressed interest in doing the health challenge. We are all seeking to not only live long but to have a healthy life. There are so many things that we can change in our lives that each would bring us one step closer to being healthier; some of these things are simple and some are not so simple. But regardless of the specifics, things fall under these 8 overall steps to health. I posted about these earlier here and it is worth re-reading again.
