Lunch: Creamed Potato with red lentil paste and tossed salad

Supper: Crepes with strawberry sauce and chocolate coconut filling

Monday
Breakfast: Cassava Pone, tea of choice

 Lunch: “Tuna” Sandwiches with cashew mayo as vegan mayo

Supper:Homemade French Fries and fresh salad or salsa
