1/4 cup raw cashews
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 – 2 tsp extra virgin, first cold pressed olive oil
1/4 cup hot water ( you can use the water from the cooked potatoes)
salt to taste
Process all ingredients, except oil, until smooth. Drizzle 1 tsp oil into the blender and process again. Taste and add remaining oil if desired.
