1/4 cup raw cashews
1 clove garlic, crushed
1-2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional but gives a cheesy flavour)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup hot water ( you can use the water from the cooked potatoes)
salt to taste
Add all ingredients except lime juice to blender and process until creamy. Taste and add more salt to make it saltier than necessary. Add lime juice.
