1 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup cassava flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup water
6 granny smith apples
Peel, core and slice apples. Add sugar and cinnamon ant toss to coat all the apples. pour apple into a greased baking dish and smooth them out evenly.
In a blow, mix remaining ingredients. Spread oats evenly over layer of apples.
Bake at 300 until oats are golden brown, and not burnt like mine.
