The 30 Day Health Challenge is winding down. Today was the start of Task 8 which is: Do not eat any English/white potatoes or wheat.
Now we’ve only got 2 tasks left! Isn’t it exciting!
Well here are some more scrubs here and here to prepare for Task 10.
And don’t forget to check out the recipes on this blog as we prepare a nice sugar free (Task 6), potato free and wheat free (Task 8), breakfast that has at least 2 different kinds of fruit (Task 5), and eat it nice and un-rushed for the upcoming Task 9 which begins on 23 February .
Oh and don’t forget to:
Task 1: Drink at least 8 glasses of water during the day
Task 2: Exercise for at least 30 minutes during the day
Task 3: Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day and floss at night
Task 4: Eat a salad, raw or steamed vegetables
Task 7: Do something outside in nature
