Strawberry Carob Shake-yes it is sugar free!

Ingredients:

5 strawberries (I left on the tops of 3 of them)

1 tbsp carob chips (unsweetened 😉 )

1 large ripe banana

2 cups unsweetened almond milk.

(if you are looking for a sweeter taste add some applesauce and agave, honey or stevia)

Method:

toss everything in n blender and blend (lol) you’re done.

I froze,my milk the night before but I put it in at the start . I should have blended the other ingredients with a little milk first and then add my frozen milk at the end. I know for next time
