Kidney Bean Chilli

I just made this for lunch and as I write this the taste is still lingering in my mouth. Yum!

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked kidney beans

1 tsp dried oregano

1tsp powdered turmeric

1 tsp finely diced turmeric root

1 clove garlic  finely diced

1 tsp chopped onion

1 tbsp tomato paste

1/2tsp grated ginger root

1/4 cup water

salt to taste

Method:

sonion all herbs in oil until garlic begin to turn light brown. Add tomato paste and let it cook in oil until it begins to turn dark. Add kidney beans and salt and cook for 30 seconds. Add water and let simmer for another minute.

I served it with gluten free pasta.
