Garlic Hash

I made this for breakfast this morning and served it with a cantaloupe and mango smoothie  and sauted black beans.

Ingredients:

4 English potatoes peeled and diced

½ onion minced

4 cloves garlic

Fresh turmeric root

1 tsp marjoram flakes

1 tbsp grape seed oil.

Salt to taste

Method:

Cook diced potatoes until tender but not soft. Strain, add salt to taste and set aside.

Grate the 4 cloves of garlic. Finely dice (mince) the turmeric root.

Heat a frying pan and add the garlic, onion, ½ tsp minced turmeric root and marjoram flakes. When garlic begins to brown add potatoes and cook until potatoes turns brown.
