Right now I am sucking a clove of garlic, building up to the point where I chew it. I took a few bites a second ago and it is not so pleasant to say the least.
But, this is not about the taste factor, but about the benefits of chewing this raw garlic. Not only is it detoxifying but it will do wonders for this sore throat that I have right now.
Next week I’ll be featuring garlic- not only as a detoxifyer but for its other benefits.
